Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with Unicorn Outfits! This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver your orders worldwide. If you have any questions not covered here, feel free to reach out at info@unicornoutfits.com.


1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays).
  • During sale periods, promotions, or holidays, processing may take slightly longer. We'll notify you by email if there's a significant delay.
  • Once your order has been processed and handed to our courier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

2. Shipping Costs

  • We offer free standard shipping worldwide on all orders — no minimum order value required.
  • The prices shown on our product pages are final, with no hidden shipping fees at checkout.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

Standard Shipping (Free)

  • After your order ships, estimated delivery time is 6–10 business days for most regions, including the US and EU.
  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location, local customs processing, and the courier handling your shipment.
  • Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and begin from the shipping date, not the order date. Total time from order placement to delivery is typically processing time (3–5 business days) + transit time (6–10 business days).

Expedited Shipping (Paid)

  • Expedited shipping is optional and available during checkout for a flat rate of USD $30, regardless of destination or order weight.
  • Estimated delivery time via expedited shipping is 4–6 business days after your order ships.
  • Order processing time (3–5 business days) still applies before an expedited shipment is dispatched — expedited shipping speeds up transit time, not processing time.
  • Please note: as outlined in Section 5, expedited shipments to the EU and US are not covered under our DDP arrangement, so duties or taxes may apply on delivery.

4. Courier Partners

We work with trusted international courier partners, including DHL Express, FedEx, UPS, and SkyNet Worldwide Express. The courier used for your order is selected based on your destination and the best available service at the time of shipping.

  • A tracking number is always provided via email once your order ships, so you can follow your package's journey.
  • If you have trouble tracking your order or believe it's delayed beyond the estimated window, contact us and we'll follow up with the courier directly.

5. Customs Duties & Import Taxes

  • EU and US customers (Standard Shipping): we use Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) service, meaning applicable duties and taxes are already included and prepaid — you won't be charged anything extra on delivery.
  • EU and US customers (Expedited Shipping): duties or taxes may apply on delivery, as expedited couriers are not covered under our DDP arrangement.
  • All other regions: customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or related fees imposed by their own country's customs authority. These charges are determined by local regulations and are outside our control.
  • We recommend checking your country's customs policy before ordering if you'd like to estimate potential charges in advance.

6. Shipping Address & Accuracy

  • Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout, including apartment/unit numbers, postal codes, and any delivery instructions.
  • We are unable to ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO military addresses. A physical street address is required for all orders.
  • Unicorn Outfits is not responsible for delays, additional charges, or non-delivery resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an address error, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs (see our Returns & Exchange Policy, Section 3).
  • If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing an order, contact us immediately at info@unicornoutfits.com — we'll do our best to correct it before the order ships, but cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.

7. Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your shipment directly with the courier.
  • You can also check your order status anytime by logging into your account on Unicorn Outfits.
  • If your tracking hasn't updated in several days, this is often normal during international transit or customs clearance — but feel free to reach out if you're concerned.

8. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

  • Once a package is marked as "delivered" by the courier, Unicorn Outfits is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery confirmation.
  • If your tracking shows no movement for an extended period, or your package appears lost in transit, contact us at info@unicornoutfits.com and we will investigate with the courier and work toward a resolution (replacement or refund, depending on the outcome of the courier investigation).
  • We are not liable for delivery delays caused by customs processing, weather, natural disasters, or other events outside our control.

9. Failed Delivery Attempts

If delivery cannot be completed because the recipient is unavailable or fails to respond to the courier, the courier may attempt redelivery or hold the package for collection according to its policies. If the package is returned to us, the customer may be responsible for any applicable return shipping or reshipping costs.

10. Order Changes & Cancellations

  • If you need to change or cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible at info@unicornoutfits.com. We can usually accommodate changes or cancellations only if your order has not yet entered processing.
  • Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled or modified — please refer to our Returns & Exchange Policy for post-delivery options.

11. Split Shipments

  • If your order contains multiple items, they may occasionally be shipped separately depending on availability and warehouse logistics. You will not be charged extra for split shipments, and each package will have its own tracking number.

12. Country of Origin

All Unicorn Outfits products are manufactured and dispatched from Pakistan. International customers should account for this when estimating delivery times and any customs considerations.
